Terms of service
Last updated · July 2, 2026
These terms govern your use of this website and, once you connect an account, the Saro managed trading setup (“the service”). By using either, you accept them.
What the service is
Saro operates trading software that connects to a brokerage account opened in your own name and automatically executes the trades of a systematic swing strategy focused on US AI-related technology stocks. The connection is execution-only: the software places trades in your account; it cannot move money in or out of it.
What the service is not
- It is not a fund, deposit, or investment scheme — we never hold your money.
- It is not financial advice (see the Risk disclosure).
- It is not a guarantee of profit. Trading outcomes vary and include losses.
Your account and responsibilities
You open, own, and fund the brokerage account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide to the broker, for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction, for tax obligations arising from trading, and for the security of your own credentials and devices.
Fees
There is no monthly fee and no management fee. Saro charges a performance fee only for periods in which your account is profitable. The exact percentage, the calculation period, and the billing mechanics are stated during onboarding in Telegram, before anything is connected, and apply only after you agree to them in writing.
Starting and stopping
You can disconnect the software or withdraw funds at any time, without notice periods, lock-ups, or exit fees. Disconnecting stops new trades; positions open at that moment remain in your account and under your control. We may likewise suspend or end the service with reasonable notice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saro is not liable for trading losses, for broker outages or errors, for market events, or for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes are announced in the Telegram channel; continued use after a change means acceptance.
Contact
The fastest route is Telegram — the channel or a direct message. Formal legal contact details are provided during onboarding.
